1.- Well being: Erica was recovering from a strong flue. She stated to be relaxed and contented as his son Mario has a girlfriend, study and still clean from his addiction.
Erica would like to continue with the psycho-education session as she felt is helping her to overcome her depression and anxiety. It is also helping her to have an affable conversation with her ex-husband.
2.- Centrelink: Erica requested the writer to write a support letter. Re: DSP.
3.- PHaMs documents: IRP completed.
