ABSTRACT

I have visited Sunshine Garments, Tirupur,. is a registered unit for my internship training from June 2010 to July 2010. The company permitted me to go through their premises and functions of the company and observed the company activities.

Mr.P.Nallasamy, Proprietor of Sunshine Garments, Tirupur, who has put the lot of efforts in the company to become a standard company in international market, with his past experience.

The organization study has given me an opportunity to know about the functions of the factory various departments like purchase, production, human resources, marketing, finance. It helps to know about the policies and procedures followed by the
