The United States of America (U.S.A) has been found for centuries; the Americans have been an extension since the most primitive of existence. The U.S. has been described as the land of opportunity, laissez-faire, capitalistic and multicultural. The United States were considered the “idea” the U.S has all the qualification and extensions that other countries desired; undeniably along the way unrelenting debates aroused throughout the centuries. According to Van Scotter “there were some heroes that broke the law for enhanced legal system and for civilization.” An example, Rosa Parks broke the law by not moving to the back of the bus; this law was broking for to activist civil rights; only the white Americans were allowed to sit in the front of the bus, this law was not ethical. Furthermore, in 1856, President Lincoln stated or initiated that “As a nation we began by declaring that “All men are created equal” but the matter of the truth is all men were created equal except Negroes” (Schlesinger 1992, 29-30). This value significant that each individual “should serve his or her city; not because an individual’s desire too or even that it great to carry out; but it’s the blissful thing to do” (Staniforth 1964, 61). American has categories this value as a civil participation; civil participation has always been considered Americans innermost belief. There is another value Americans abide by; this value is Freedom Versus Equality; this value has been crucial tension throughout the United States history.
