McDonalds has been a global force in real estate and restaurant operation for many years now. The McDonald industry is always leading in globalization and is also using innovative technologies that help them continually improve in all areas of business management. They have kept a high level of diversity and ethical principles in all areas around the world with their business. “McDonald's is the leading global foodservice retailer with more than 34,000 local restaurants serving nearly 69 million people in 118 countries each day” (McDonalds, 2010-2013).
