Interest Groups Research Paper
Interest Groups Interest group is a group of people that helps to influence public policy on the basis of a common interest and lobbyist is a person who can take part in an organized way to influence legislators. Lobbyists are also the sale people who are hired to persuade the decision makers in the legislature and the executive branch in the field of political parties. Also, interest group can play an important role in the legislature.
Interest groups and lobbyists has the same purpose as they were made to gather the voice of all the people and passed to legislature. But these days it is not being so, both lobbyists and interest groups are making profit for their own instead of considering the views of public people. The most important thing for the democratic constitution is to take views and needs from all the citizen of the country. Government should also focus on interest groups and lobbyists to check whether they are taking the views and need of public people as they represent a large number of people who can influence other people with their voice. They have the powers, so they should use it in a proper way. In these recent days, we can find many interest groups nearby us. Interest groups consists of very large number of people and help them to raise their voice, provide several ideas and pass it to the

1 They need to spend some of the money in different areas like food, transportation, beverages, gifts etc. If they spend some of the money for the decision makers it may be beneficial for them as well. The decision makers can work in the favor of interest groups and support them. These groups should give their best and try to take the views and ideas of all the people and work on the issues provided by them. However, it is not always possible but, at least they can try to make it possible and forming a law that supports majority of people can be a good
