Inter-Professional Healthcare Environment
I will continue to create inter-professional healthcare environment once I graduate. I will make sure to provide any recommendation, which I feel is appropriate for the wellness of the patient. I will make sure to provide positive feedback to the team if I am a member of P&T committee at the hospital. For example, if I am in P&T committee at the hospital I will make sure to consider physicians, nurses and other pharmacist point of view in order to add or remove any drug from the formulary. Thus, I will continue my pharmacy practice by creating a positive inter professional environment for the well being of the community.

I am writing to express my strong interest in the PGY1 residency program at Centura St. Anthony Hospital. Throughout my pharmacy experience, I developed a passion for education and inpatient healthcare. Pursing a residency allows me to merge these two interests. It is based at a level I trauma center which brings the challenge of a diverse patient population. Additionally, experiences that captivate my interest such as cardiology, critical care, and education are offered. After completing the pharmacy residency IPPE, I feel like I have a much better understanding of how residency training is structured and how it can benefit me as a pharmacist. Visiting the hospital was helpful because it allowed us to talk with a variety of both PGY1 and PGY2 residents about not only the academic aspects of residency but also the more practical concerns such as finances and family balance. I felt that these conversations were both enlightening and comforting.…
