Informative Essay On Wedding Registries
It's time to talk about wedding registries, mainly because I myself (Debbie Says I Do) have yet to make one and have been starting to get asked about mine. It is not exactly on my top priority and honestly not sure what Jeff and I really need, we have been living together for about 4 years together so we already have a toaster!
But once guests get shower invitations or save the dates they will be looking for what to get us. There are an overwhelming amount of places, department stores and online retailers you can create registries on now a days. Look around and pick your favorite. I have only just begun looking but I think Amazon will be the best since they have EVERYTHING!

For your honeymoon there are several sites where your guests can give you experiences on your trip - massage for two, dinner on the beach, private sunset sail. If you work with a travel agent they will also be able to help you set this up.
Asking for $$
There is a lot of debate about asking for money, and pushback on how much money someone should give. Is it enough to cover their meal? (it used to be but it does not seem to be the case nowadays). While an online registry is great some of your older guests might prefer to go into a store and look at then purchase items so make sure they are able to do that with items on your registry. - Variety remember!
Tidbits
Try not to save the registry to the last minute since you have a higher chance of then becoming trigger happy with items just to fill your list up.
Don’t put the registry on the invitation - instead add an insert with that information so it is easy to read and they can also then take it with them. Make sure it has the names listed on the registry so guests can easily search your list and find the correct
