General purpose : To inform
Specific purpose : To inform my audience about the disadvantages of soya bean.
Central idea : The disadvantages of soya bean, has a three main point , 1st high volume of phytic acid, 2nd high volume goitrogen, 3rd high volume heavy metal toxic and estrogen hormone.
Introduction : The soybean (Glycine max) is a species of legume native to East Asia, widely grown for its edible bean which has numerous uses. The plant is classed as an oilseed rather than a pulse by the UN Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO).
The main producers of soy are the United States (35%), Brazil (27%), Argentina (19%), China (6%) and India (4%).Today, the United States is also the world 's largest consumer of soybeans.
Body : High in phytic acid prevent the absorption of nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc from our daily meal. Contain haemagglutinin make blood cells bind with others. Contain goitrogen. weakening thyroid function. High in natural toxin can cause bloated stomach, pancreas damage, lack of amino acid.Contain heavy toxic metals can cause amnesia and Alzheimer. Isoflavone act as estrogen hormone (female hormone) which is not good for male baby increase the growth of the child, faster than it should be.
(Transition : let’s talk a what is soya bean.) 1. Ingredient soybean : a. Phytic acid : i. Heavy consumer of soybean or soya bean lover, it will make their daily meal didn’t give them any benefits because it will make the foods hard to digest and cannot consume the nutrients inside the food, it’s will be no more than resist the hunger.
