Animal adventure information system analysis report

We are finding that more and more customer are wanting to do business online. It would be great, if we would direct our customer to look at up our information on our website. But its seems many customer have a hard time finding it, unfortunately our website provide no trips advice and isn't equipped to sell adventures.
If customers want to buy a tour package with us, they currently need to order via phone using credit card, this means many of our sale staffs will stuck working in the office answering the phone instead of finding outside customers.
We are seeing more competition from other online service and at risk of losing market share if we don't do something about it. A customer asked that they could pay in a bitcoin currency on today. Maybe this is an opportunity for us to gain more customers. I need help from your team to find out more about the eCommerce.

I work hard at keeping our marketing plan and activities in line with strategies of the organisation. Each of our department has their own database to manage part of the system. My job can be difficult at times because I can’t get easy access to sales figures and budget data to make informed decisions. If I had direct access to the information from our sales and purchasing department then I could make much more exciting and innovative marketing campaigns.

After implementing a new database which much greater control over the data in each of our stores. however we are struggling to access data from other stores at office when we need it. For example we cannot easily find out stock levels of others without ringing up and wasting time. we need to have instant access to update information from all stores. recently a new competitor has emerge and is providing very similar service to animal adventures. i feel that we need to do something innovative with emerging technology to set ourselves apart from our competition.

Recently, Animal Adventure has been facing some Information System issue that is not good for expanding market. Enterprise systems has to be improved, so Animal Adventures will be able to manage the databases of each departments. Our group found that Animal Adventure website should be linked to some major search engines; Google Adwords should be involved; and mobile application should be created; as well as making transaction through
PayPal possible. We are considering about to use Enterprise Resource Planning, supply chain management and Customer Relationship Management. For Animal Adventure’s Decision Support Systems we are using User Interface and Artificial Intelligence. About emerging technology Animal Adventures uses Street View Travel Guide to help animal adventures to sell more their tour packages.
This report will list some problem that happens in the information system of Animal Adventure. It also wills discuss and give Animal Adventure some recommendations on what changes should be made on their current system.

This report was commissioned by Animal Adventure. In order to expand their market to Australia successfully Animal Adventure need to make it information system up to date. The purposes of this report is to investigate and explain different ways that can help Animal Adventure improve their information systems, and will also give some suggestion to Animal Adventure what changed should be made to improve its information systems.
