1.0 INTRODUCTION
Due to advanced technology, selling of products and services has change from the traditional method to online selling of products and services known as e-commerce. E-commerce refers to the exchange of goods and services over the internet (Strauss, 2003). Nowadays all major retail brands have website where their products and services are advertised. There are many types of e-commerce some of them are;
Business to Business that is trade and exchange of information between companies using their world wide web
Business to Customers where customers placed their orders online through the Companies` website.

1.1 BACKGROUND
This report is about one of the leading e-commerce operator in the Nordic region known as CDON Group. CDON was founded in the year 1999 in Sweden and by then they were selling online records and the business has expanded and now they are not only found in the Nordic regions but also in Europe. They now sell consumer electronics, Movies, games, music, books, toys etc.
CDON now has 4 different websites used to sell their different products. These websites are
CDON.Com where they sell consumer electronics, movies, games, music and books. This was created in the year 1999
Nelly.Com is the leading online retailer selling clothes especially for young
