The way of communication has been changed by the technology recent years because of the quantum jump in technology. People use mobile phone to connect others instead of writing letters and people use online communication software to chat with other instead of face to face talk. These are two examples of the change of people’s lives brought by the technology. However this change not only makes people’s live more convenient but also has some bad influence to the society. One of the revolutions of technology is the development of Internet. As the generalization of computers in every family, it makes people can be connected to other without get out of their houses. That is achieved by the social network service like social network website. Social networks are not only the SNS, Social Network Service we general discuss but also are all intermediary that can connect people. There are three phases of the development of internet media. At the soonest, web portals such as Yahoo famous for the web news and category of search. After that is search engine represented by Google which has strong ability of search. The last stage is the social networks that establish the real relationship among different people like Facebook. With the development of information technology, lots of people begin to doubt whether the social networks connect people closer or discourage the interaction between people indirectly. So both the advantage and disadvantage will be discussed as followed in to ask this question. First look at how these social network tools benefit everyone and change the way of communication between people. Social network tools change peoples’ lives in many aspects. First of all, it is easier for people to share any news or interest with others.
