Executive Summary
This resources proposal is for an agency of Sundance Cosmetics Company in Hennan Province. Due to the office was equipped years ago, most of the equipment and technology are out of date. This leads to the low productivity and influence competitive. Accordingly, I do this proposal to improve productivity and efficiency to remain competitive in the global market.
