committee member name ii ABSTRACT iii Chapter 1 discusses the Executive Summary of the company which composes the company’s

mission and vision. This deals with the following statement of the overall business plan, financial statement and marketing strategy as a whole. Chapter 2 focuses on the business analysis that comprises

the business flow and identifying the business gap as well the current IT architecture.

Chapter 3 is about the definition and what would be the project scope and the plan for its project

implementation. Chapter 4 tackles about the service management and how does the service affects the

project for the entire process. Chapter 5 is the business Intelligence which is more on the research study

about the industry and how could help the company do his business strategy. Lastly, chapter 6 is about

the recommendations and conclusion of the entire process itself.
