Informal Argument Essay 2015
James Barnes, Aggrieved Person (AP) initiated an Informal EEO complaint on June 5, 2015. AP’s claim is Harassment /Hostile Work Environment (Non-sexual). He specified disability (Physical) because he has been on work restriction as an accommodation. He identified his Supervisor, Julius Salley, as the Responding Management Official (RMO).

On June 1, 2015, the AP was accused of attempting to avoid his work duties by Julius Salley, Supervisor.

On June 3, 2015, the AP learned his coworker was questioned by Mr. Salley about his [AP] work restriction while insinuated that he [AP] were attempting to use his work restriction to avoid performing his work duties.
On May 19, 2015, Mr. Salley commented, to another employee, that the AP’s work assignments

    Indeed, service learning does serve for a well-rounded education. Especially while in college, service learning can familiarize students with companies and professionals in their chosen fields of study in their communities. I am in school to earn a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology. I would love to be immersed into a service learning program to not only gain experience in my field, but to complete a project within my community with companies that I may look to for a job upon graduation. As the article states, these students "achieve personal growth and develop a sense of civic-mindedness while addressing a community need."
