The goal of each company is to generate profit and they hope the employees have a successful performance in the organisation in the workplace. First, the Human Resource Management has to recognize the employee KSAOs. Once the employees clearly understand their KSAOs, they able to use their strength to maximize the performance and improve the productivity for the workplace. Next, KSAOs are able to improve the problem solving and decision making. Employees who are strong in KSAOs has practice goal-directed thinking and action in situations for which no routine solutions exist and able to understand a problem situation and its step-by-step transformation based on planning and reasoning. Furthermore, it demonstrate ability to choose between alternative courses of action using cognitive processes such as memory and evaluation and demonstrate ability to map processes of possible consequences of decisions, to work out the importance of individual factors, and to choose the best course of action. And next, employees with strong KSAOs are able to improve planning and organizing in the workforce. Effectively plan what is to be achieved and involve all relevant staff members. It anticipates important or critical events, identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibility for specific work, including deadlines and performance expectations. Besides that, employees demonstrate the use of information-gathering techniques, analyzing situation and identifying implications in order to make correct decisions and also demonstrate ability to monitor progress and to make changes as required. Moreover, they ensure that employees are aware they will be accountable for achieving the desired results through planned program evaluation and individual performance appraisal and ensure that staff is provided with the necessary tools to succeed.
