What are the issues involved in resolving legal disputes in international transactions? The issues involved in resolving legal disputes in international transactions are ethical dilemma, and cultural disputes. When doing an international transaction the company should respect the other country cultural and environment. An example of cultural is in Jerusalem the male is not allowed to shave their facial hair because of their religion. An example of environment is the Rain Forest in South America if the company cut down the rain forest there will be no place for the Amazon Indian to live and we lose all those rare plants and animals. What are some practical considerations of taking legal action against a foreign business partner based in another country? Some practical considerations of taking legal action against a foreign business partner based in another country are when the foreign partner breaks the contract that they signed. For example if the foreign partner sales some products that the company made and they have no right to sale the products that is breaking the contract. Also another example is that the work policies say that all employees are to be shaving and dress proper because the company work area is a clean environment. If the workers are not clean they will ruin the product that the company is making. Another example is that the foreign partner makes a new product and does not report to the other partner that also breaking the contract. What factors could work against CadMex's decision to grant sublicensing agreements? The factors that could work against CadMex's decision to grant sublicensing agreements are legal disputes. The company will be putting itself in danger through sublicensing. If the company’s products have any problems the company will be taking to court by the people who use the products.
