The first way to improve the nursing image is nurses should do research on the nursing images. Things can be improve by doing research. Nurses use research to deliver evidence-based care that helps to improve quality of health for individuals, families, societies and health care systems (Quigley, 2016). For examples, nurses can hand out questionnaire about nursing image to the patient or relatives in the hospital. After get the result, analyze and evaluate it. Then used it to determine what are needed to improve the images of nurses. Somehow the nursing research and nursing practice are interdepended with each other.
