Importance Of Loyalty To The Army
Loyality-Is bearing witness to your allegiance to the US Constitution and its ideals, to the
Army, to your unit, to your fellow Soldiers and subordinates, and to yourself as an Army professional. Loyalty means placing your professional obligations and commitments before your personal ones. It means dedication to carrying out all of your unit’s missions and to serving faithfully the values of the country, the Army, and your unit.
I broke this army value I did not bear true. In which I let my team leader, squad leader, platoon sergant, first sergant and company commander. I also I let my battles down. That's not my duty, that is for a PA in which I am not. My duty is to get the mission done. I will always remain in my lane. I am a engineer not a medical provider. Respect-Treat people as they should be treated. In the Soldier’s Code, we pledge to “treat others with. dignity and respect while expecting others to do the same.” Respect is what allows us to appreciate the best in other people. Respect is trusting that all people have done their jobs and fulfilled their duty.And self-respect is a vital ingredient with the Army value of respect, which results from knowing you have put forth your best effort. I did not do that I didnt respect the PA. Hecould have lost his job. andIn which could have affected his family. i did not respect my Squad Leader. I did my own thing not what my squad leader taught me. the Now i have to gain his respect again and show him that i can do right thing. I need to show him that I do repect him. The basic building block of selfless service is the commitment of each team member to go a little further, endure a little longer, and look a little closer to see how he or she can add to the effort. I will alwaysplace the mission of the army first. I will not over step my boundries again. I will not put my self first I will put the welfare of my family, fellow soldiers and leadership first. Honor-Live up to all the army values. I did not show honor. I showed that I did not care about honor when I messed up. I will show honor, because I am a soldier and proud to be one. I am honored to have this duty. There are not many people who can even do it. Integrity-Do whats right legally and morally. I definetly broke this one. I showed that I did not care about what was right or wrong. I showed that I did not care about morales at all. This was a mistake that
I should never made. I will show my subbordinates that I do have integrity. I will do the right the thing. Courage-Face fear,danger or adversity. I did not show courage. I will not give up I will keep trying
