importance of healthy living
Some highlights in having a healthy lifestyle is to exercise on a daily basis and having a good eating cycle. You shouldn’t pressure yourself into doing something that you don’t really want to do. It’s important to realize that you need to have a good idea of what you decide your lifestyle plan should look like.
My definition of living a healthy lifestyle would be to remember to be active and have a healthy eating style. For instance if you aren’t active it could lead to getting a heart disease, two types of diabetes , a high blood pressure , high blood cholesterol , and having a stroke. But if you are active it has more positive results. And if you don’t maintain a healthy eating style life if you eat to much each day it could lead to weight gain , and yet again diabetes (Vaesa). And if you don’t eat enough then you could be bulimic or anorexic and etc. which could lead to bone thinning , kidney damage, and heart problems. Some people even die from these problems (“ Anorexia Nervosa - Topic Overview “).
To help maintain this situation in my life and also in other’s, I’d try to convince whoever is insecugre about themselves and convince them to not try to lose weight in a unhealthy manner and warn them about the consequences from having this sort of action. Also to remember to stay healthy and never have contact with this sort of matter. And I believe my decision on the impact in having a healthy lifestyle is a statement that could change the lives of many people around the world and not just myself but it could decrease the chance of these unhealthy actions.
Communities could assist individuals in living a healthy lifestyle by helping people remember to eat healthily on a daily basis which includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Having grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and protein is good for your health. Make sure that people have the average amount of exercise each day. But our government has changed many things in our environment including changes in the lunch menu. The “NBA FIT Live Healthy Week 2014” which had players from different teams and featured chefs for example Rachael Ray and etc., also how “Nickelodeon” would shut down an hour of tv shows, just for kids to go out and be active. Also how First lady Michelle Obama had improved our lunch menus for maybe the less fortunate whose families can't afford to have a good meal each day for themselves. Our former mayor Michael Bloomberg banned extra large soft drinks in the New York State ( CBS News Staff ).
In conclusion, the importance of having a healthy lifestyle is a really big part of you. Living healthy could lead to to things that you will forever be thankful for and some things you could regret for the rest of your life. Having a healthy life depends on your choice of whether you’re willing to maintain on living a healthy lifestyle.
