Goal setting is an important part of my career with my personal and my professional development planning because it practices good habits and discipline. It shows that I'm consistent and able to manage my skills. Its easy to say that in 4 years I will be a nurse getting paid a good salary . However, achieving this goal isn't so easy. The first requirement in becoming a registered nurse is to obtain the proper education.
