CAPSTONE FINAL PROJECT

CDYV Company.Inc Introduction:
Orange Creek, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, has moved into Lexington and is requesting bids for implementing a network infrastructure for their banking software company. The primary function of the new building is to provide office space for software development and testing of their homegrown banking software. Both levels of the building are dedicated to development, test, on­site IT staff, management, and administration.

Objectives

The main objective of the project is to create and present a bid for designing and implementing a network infrastructure for Orange
Creek, Inc.

1. The entire building must have secure Wi­Fi.
2. The network must be speedy enough to accommodate
VoIP traffic as well as large spikes of Web traffic.
3. Each floor requires five “servers” for development and test.
One floor must contain two additional “servers” to serve as a QA environment.
4. The corporate backbone must have a robust email server, along with LDAP authentication and Active Directory permission for intranet sites.

● A fully functional wired and wireless network infrastructure.
● A fully functional setup for the servers of the deployment and test team and also the email server.
● Complete connection of all the VoIP phones.
