Medicine has changed over the years as we discover new and safer ways to approach different situations. These changes mainly occur because of evidence-based practice. In this discussion board I will describe how organizational infrastructure and culture assistance the implementation of nursing evidence-based practices. Subsequently, I will explain the process my organization uses for implementing evidence-based practice. Organizations hire individuals in order to obtain desired goals, this can be accomplished by dividing these individuals into groups.
