Enclosed is the information to implement a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) team. The paper will address why D&I is important to the organization. It will detail the benefits to individual growth, that will assist in making the workplace a better place. The paper will address why diversity can be a challenge. Also, the challenges while implementing a diversity system. There is also a discussion on Affirmative Action, and the benefit when paired with diversity. There is a discussion on what we can do to encourage employees feel comfortable with diversity. The management team will lead the discussion in transparency.     The concept of Diversity and obtaining its 'true' understanding continues to shape and reshape organizational culture globally. Article written by R. Roosevelt Thomas on Redefining Diversity, broadens the general knowledge of diversity within the workplace and our everyday lives. In fact, in the early 1990s studies were done to determine the meaning of diversity.
