Report on In-Plant Training College Diploma in clothing Technology and Management

Preface
All the student in the College Diploma in Clothing Technology and Management are required to familiarized with the textile/clothing industries. The familiarization program will be followed by a training program which is termed as inplant training and the whole training is undertaken by the every student during the second module of the study course. The duration of the training is 8 weeks. Successful completion is a pre-requisite for a student’s enrolment to the final module of the course.

Objectives of in-plant training 1. To identify a certain situation in a factory and demonstrate skills and knowledge effectively 2. To understand the responsibility of the job 3. To understand the working environmental, the administrative rules and regulations in the factory. 4. The disciplines, importance of team work and cross function activities 5. To develop career aspiration.
