Introduction
Education is the backbone of nation"It will change your life. You'll come back a new person." For years, the benefits of study abroad have been described in these words. Everyone in the study abroad field believed it could greatly impact a student's life, but the exact long-term benefits were unknown - until now.The first large-scale survey to explore the long-term impact of study abroad on a student's personal,professional, and academic life shows that study abroad positively and unequivocally influences the career path, world-view, and self-confidence of students. Study abroad educators often assert that one of the goals of study abroad is to train future global leaders to be more effective, respectful of other cultures and political and economic systems, and willing to take a stand for the world's welfare, not just what benefits a specific country. The survey findings indicate that study abroad is succeeding in its mission.
When questioned about intercultural development, 98 percent of respondents said that study abroad helped them to better understand their own cultural values and biases, and 82 percent replied that study abroad contributed to their developing a more sophisticated way of looking at the world.
"The experience of living and studying in another country was so eye-opening ... [it] tested preconceptions and habits I wasn't even aware were so ingrained in me," says Cynthia Perras (IES Paris, 1981).
It is significant to note that these intercultural benefits are not fleeting but continue to impact participants' lives long after their time abroad. Almost all of the respondents (94 percent) reported that the experience continues to influence interactions with people from different cultures, and 23 percent still maintain contact with host-country friends. Ninety percent said that the experience influenced them to seek out a greater diversity of friends, and 64 percent said that it also influenced them to explore other cultures.
Background of the study
The report is originated in result of my internship programme which I have done as are quirement of BBA program .This report is completed based on my three months internship in Exicutive trade international. This is an orientation report that contains the real life day to day working experience of different tasks

Statement of the problem
Identify how business professional view the impact of the international education experience on person career preparedness and performance as well as how the reported outcomes and what business professional report experiencing and valuing in their own work place.

Objective of the study
The main objective of the study is to have on international education and its impact on career development.
Assess the following specific objectives
Identify as the tangible and intangible skill and capabilities through their experience abroad and how they have they have applied that there professional, personal and education pursuits.
To expose professionals to consulting process, practices and tools
To impart basic consultancy, project management and comprehensive problem solving skills to professionals and working executives.
To encourage professional to opt consulting as a career option
Todevelop skills and expertise for internal consulting in organizations Methodology
To prepare this report all the necessary information collected from both primary and secondary sources of data
Primary Sources
Primary data are collected from different way. The techniques used to collect data are
*Observation while working at consulting firm.
* Informal Discussion with employees and clients
* In-Depth interview
Secondary Sources
The secondary data of this report are collected from which I got idea about the way of writing a report and also internet, journal books and published articles on this topic have also been consulted.
Limitations of the study
Banking sector is very sensitive and competitive by its nature. So, data of this report is not available and the interviews might not disclose accurate facts and figures. However I have faced the following problems to prepare the report.

Insufficiency of valuable and information
Lack of prepare books, journals and relevant data
Lack of time and resource
Lack of perfect cooperation of the bank personal
The organization maintains confidentially to provide some of the above information

Lack of support: Few customers sometimes felt disturbed to give the questioner answer, as they were busy with their work or hesitate to give their free opinion. Sometimes they didn’t want to give right opinion or may be felt wrong to give the right answer.

Overview of the company
Consulting Business Company is highly competitive and highly sensitive company. A consulting company plays very vital role in our international relationship. Consultants help business owners and entrepreneurs develop the business objectives necessary to achieve the organization's service, social, profit and growth goals by interviewing the principal leaders. Talking through the vision for an organization helps the leaders vocalize where they want the organization to go. A business objective provides a specific, measurable, realistic, action-oriented and time sensitive statement that, once achieved, propels the organization closer toward meeting one of its goals. The business' goals and objectives form the foundation of its business plan. Business owners can follow the same process on their own to develop workable goals, objectives and actions to help their business succeed.

Short-Term Objectives:
List the short-term objectives for each of your business goals. These are the major milestones you'll need to achieve to reach the goal. Short-term refers to one-year goals and objectives. For instance, if the goal is to open a real estate business, some short-term objectives include obtaining a realtor's license, renting office space and purchasing a computer and MLS subscription.
Long-term Objectives:
List the objectives for the business' long-term goals. Long-term refers to three to five year goals and objectives. Following the real estate start-up example, these may include sales goals and objectives in terms of number of properties sold or dollars, and opening a second office location. One objective for meeting a sales goal of 24 homes in the second year of business would be advertising to reach a larger clientele.

Action Plans:
Develop the action plan for each objective. An action plan breaks the objective down into small, manageable tasks you can accomplish in a few days to a week. For instance, one task in obtaining a realtor's license is to research training programs and another is apply for the programs.
Implementation:
Act on the plan. Consultants may assist with implementation, such as helping the client company set up its virtual office or computer network but, the majority of implementation falls to the business owner and employees. Start with the first action to meet the first objective of the one-year goal and work your way down the list, in order.

Education and Career Attainment
It is noteworthy that the majority of respondents gave academic and professional accounts similar to Abramson's. When questioned about academic pursuits, 87 percent of respondents said that study abroad influenced subsequent educational experiences, 63 percent said that it influenced their decision to expand or change academic majors, and 64 percent reported that it influenced their decision to attend graduate school. Nearly half of all respondents have engaged in international work or volunteerism since studying abroad.
Longer Stays Mean Greater Benefits
For many years, conventional wisdom in the study abroad field has been that "more is better" -- the longer students study abroad, the more significant the academic and cultural development and personal growth benefits. Although all students benefit from the study abroad experience, there are a few choices that students can make that have the potential to increase their long-term and career benefits.

Few other experiences in life have proven to net such a positive and sustainable impact. With study abroad offering so many life-changing and enduring academic, career, intercultural, personal, and social benefits, students should carefully consider studying abroad when searching for a college and during their collegiate career. Students should question potential colleges about the study abroad programs they offer and find out how competitive the application process is and if grades and financial aid transfer. In addition, colleges, parents, and employers should encourage and enable students to study abroad.

Methodology of the Research
The Research Design:
This research paper is quantitative research design. The research carried out to test the of hypothesis and to answer the research questions will be a causal study. This type of study will show a cause and effect relationship of the independent and dependent variables. In the conceptual framework show that there are two variable and investigate the research questions and test the hypothesis a causal study is required. The study will be a causal explanatory research. Sampling Method: Non–probability..
Sample Size: Sample size is 15

Data used in the research
In this paper both primary and secondary data sources is used. The secondary data are collected from the bookss and the different journal. Primary data is obtained by questionnaire. Fifteen questionnaires were prepared in Order to collect primary data.

Data Collection Method: A quantitative data collection method is used for the research. All data are collected by interviewing people face-to face with questionnaire and there are 15 respondents.
Data analysis: Data has analysis into two section  Descriptive analysis
 Correlation analysis

Descriptive analysis: Descriptive research can quantitative or qualitative. Descriptive statistics provides simple summaries about the sample and observations that made.
Correlations Analysis:
Correlation measure of the relationship between two variables. Possible correlations range from +1 to –1. A zero correlation indicates that there is no relationship between the variables.–1 indicates a negative correlation, meaning that as one variable goes up, the other goes down. +1 indicates a positive correlation, meaning that both variables move in the same direction together. p
