Immigration To Colombia
Have you ever asked yourself what your destiny shall be, or who you will be in the near future? Every human being develops ideals from the concerns or uncertainties. We will never know for sure how our destiny is defined, whether in an impersonal way or by our own decisions. A few years ago, I believed that my life would take the course that would lead me to success. With my eyes closed, I decided to try it and came to the US. Leaving everything behind in my beloved Colombia, I ventured into an unknown and surely uncertain world. Over the years, and analyzing both the past and the present, today I can say that I made the best decision. Colombia saw me born and gave me the best childhood, but US has seen me grow and develop as an excellent woman

It is an aspect that is lived day by day around the world. Many of us had to emigrated from our countries of origin in search of new directions, and with the purpose of making our dreams come true, since in our countries we were faced with limitations to obtain them. Not only is it a personal issue, migration has become a global discussion. In many nations the laws and statutes of constitutions have been modified to provide better living conditions. The migration, on a personal level, makes our way of thinking change as we adapt to live in cities unknown and, perhaps for some people, uncertain. Arriving in Miami, I felt at home; As if Colombia were closer than ever. Miami has taught me that it is a city to progress, change and adapt easyly . It has been considered and evaluated in different magazines as the financial and tourist center of Latin America, opening its doors for many. Miami is definitely the city that welcomes us and leads us to reach our dreams.
When we decide to change the course of our lives due to unfavorable circumstances, we felt flooded with doubts, and also some feel melancholy. Even we tell to ourselves the Socratic paradox: "I know that I know nothing." And, although we may be sure of our decisions, we will not know what will happen. The answer will be in ourselves.
