Technical Problem
The Metric Machine Parts and Supplies Corporation (MMPS) is a large growing global business with a few network problems. MMPS have many difficulties with their current network service that has been monitored by a third party telecommunication network who does not think anything is wrong with their service. Some of the technical difficulties that MMPS faces are frequent telecommunication network crashes that lead to bad customer services satisfaction to their customers. Due to the service the company is now receiving they have decided to use another network company that will give better service and cost efficiency. The new telecommunication network should functional for MMPS customers and limit the numerous system failures in a day.
Current Problems
MMPS is currently dealing with having their system crash frequently, with customers also losing access to email. It does cost each time when the system goes down, so it is very expensive for the business. Another issue MMPS currently have is their provider is not able to solve the current problem and does not think there is one. Before it is possible to figure out the problem, it is very important to understand what the current problem is for the constant crash and loss of email along with it. The primary task for MMPS is to find a better telecommunication network company to help with the problems and to reduce their expenses.
Recommended Technology
The first step, finding out the problem to come up with a solution. The major objective of this process is to find something cost effective for the business and solve some of the problems that are currently occurring. For the new telecommunication network, it will mainly focused on availability, reliability, scalability, security, flexibility, performance, manageability, and economic efficiency. The new network will be created to solve the connection troubles that the company currently having and to find something that is cost efficient for it
