If It Ain T Broke Dont Fix It
“If it ain't broke, don't fix it," is a phrase we have all heard at one time or another. Why would you try to fix or change a process if it is not broken? One might feel that there is no reason to change a process or product if it is still working well, but others may feel differently and want to improve the way things are being done. After thinking about the phrase “If it ain't broke, don't fix it," I would have to say that I am against the phrase. Organizations should always be thinking about innovation, technology and other ways to push their business forward. As technology continues to progress organizations need to adapt or they will remain complacent with the way they do things. Their process and products will become stale

    Firstly, by having technological advancements as the most imperative goal in businesses it can result in a dependency on technology. Dependency means that the company’s main reliance is on technology in order to function. Therefore if the technology fails then the business can become unsuccessful.
