Section III: Introduction

A few months ago, the Hong Kong government announced that the MNE should be the main subject of primary and secondary school in three years. The government said that this subject aimed to build up the national identity of the citizens and educate the students in order to have positive values and attitudes. This is not a policy that comes out suddenly. This policy has been proposed by Donald Tsang in the policy address in 2009. However, many people came out and claimed that the
