Identical and Fraternal Twins

Even though some siblings who are not twins are also very close, Twins are closer than other siblings because one cannot duplicate the bond that was formed at conception and twins spend almost every minute together from conception. The topic on Identical Twins is very interesting. Identical twins are conceived at the same time and spend every breathing minute together in one womb for nine months. The identities of identical twins are entwined and identical twins are inseparable. Fraternal twins share the same experiences as do twins. There are two leading types of twins: Identical and Fraternal. Identical twins happen when one fertilized egg splits, making two separate cell clusters. Fraternal twins develop from two separate eggs that are fertilized at or about the same time. Fraternal twins are similar to regular brothers and sisters who are the same age. The difference between Identical twins and fraternal twins is that the identical twins share a common appearance where fraternal twins look like regular siblings and rarely ever look the same. The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) News reports last March that scientist have recently discovered a very unusual new type of twin called “semi-identical.” Based on the studies of Vivienne Souter, a geneticist at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, “their similarity is somewhere between identical twins and fraternal twins. The siblings of twins are close but siblings can never feel as connected to a twin as twins are connected with each other. Everything one twin feels, the other feels the same. There have been many cases where a twin is in a different place while its twin is elsewhere somehow the feelings are always mutual whether it is physical or mental, far or near, there are always mutual feelings.
