Idealised Influence
Transformational leadership is known to have four components to it these include; Idealized Influence (leads by example), Inspirational Motivation (motivates and inspires others), Intellectual Stimulation (challenges their followers), and Individualized Consideration (cares about the needs for others). To be classified as a transformational leader, individuals must encompass these four particular elements.
Idealised influence in regards to transformational leadership refers to leaders behaving in a particular way where followers are influenced to admire the decisions made by the transformational leader. It’s all about leading by example, being confident and having respect towards followers. Leaders who use this concept of idealised influence
