I. Company Background
IDC is the one of the leading international market and operating more than 700 specialists and 110 countries global researches with local content. IDC vision is providing service consulting firm through facilitating the requirement of the small and medium business customer need for improving their business strategy by taking advantages into reliable technology and e-business trends. IDC start getting the idea on complexity of IT environment that can belead to significant supplementary cost for maintaining and operating desktop hardware and softwareforcustomer. Then, IDC surveyed about the desktop Cost to use among 400 business-unit manager and 200 IS manager in the United States that was relating to time and money devoting on the desktop situation. According to the survey result, most of the organizations were excessive spending on the related desktop situation for instance installation size on service such as
