I. Introduction Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific projects and goals and objectives. The food business remains as one of the top industries that entrepreneurs consider highly profitable. After all, food is a basic necessity; and with that stable market comes, good earning potential. However, the food business is also a very competitive market. Our delicious offerings alone would not be enough to deliver business success. One needs more than great. E-commerce plays an increasingly important role in the way in which products and services are purchased. E-commerce systems such as our website can be used to market and sell to customers, and to provide after-sales support. E-commerce can also be an important part of strengthening relationships and improving the efficiency of your dealings with suppliers and other key trading partners.

A. Brief History Liezel and Nari Chanderamani, married, love pinoy ice crumble because of its taste and sweetness. Their first product was the “snow balls” but when Liezel discovered that ice crumble can be retailed in malls, it started the idea of “Frizone Scramble”. They started their scramble business 4 (four) months ago in St. Francis Square in Mandaluyong behind the Megamall, building A. Later, they decided to rent at the E-mall, 2nd (second) floor, to start their second store, which is the Frizone Scramble.
B. Mission The business’ mission is to provide everyone the experience of the real taste and goodness of the Filipino scramble.
C. Vision Its vision is to expand the current market for its product mix and to add more
