From this research, I can’t see any difference between the correlation presented on chart about ice cream and drownings, there are no causation factor. This research does not show, why at young age both sex don’t have those differences. That suggest all sex difference observed might be acquired characteristics from the environment, an alternative explanation to those difference other than sex of participants could be the myth or stereotypes about gender. As an example, when a young boy is growing up is told to do not cry because man don’t cry, man are strong than women, and etc… without doubt holding back your feeling like crying when you want to, because of your sex, can have a psychological effects which might be the cause of different arrangement
