I Want To Pursue A Degree In Social Work

I am Elizabeth Yanes and I am writing to apply for the recently advertised front desk concierge position. I go to Southern CT State University with a major in Social Work. I have read from the Bio online that you have also received your Bachelors for Social Work at the same University. I commute from home and saw this as a great opportunity to gain some knowledge on the Social Work field.

Some of the skills I feel that I can contribute are that I am bilingual, personable, good communicator, and have great customer service skills. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and can read and write it as well. I have demonstrated my personable skills at the job I had at school because I had to deal with different individuals on a regular basis. I also have learned in my Social Work classes that being personable is a great skill to acquire. As for my customer service skills, I am very attentive and can adapt to new jobs very quickly. I have also demonstrated this at my old job because I had to work with others and be able to compliment their needs in a timely fashion.
I have learned a considerable amount of information on this population through my classes at school and feel that I could adapt well in this area. The combination of my customer service skills and my major in Social Work makes me ideally suited for this job. I have attached my resume and look forward to hearing from you about this
