I Want To Attend College Essay

It has always been a goal of mine to attend college. I have always saw college as a time of new things, new people, learning, stress, and memories. My personality longs for all of these things, even a little stress. My reasons for planning to attend college is to make life long friends and get my degree in elementary education, but most of all, I want to go to college for the experiences I will have while I’m there. I want to go to college to make life long friendships and possibly find my husband if it is God’s will. God’s plan for my life has not been made completely clear to me yet, except that I am supposed to follow Him, and as of right now I think He is leading me to earn my elementary education degree. My mother was an elementary school teacher and I have heard of how great she was at teaching and how much her students loved her and I think it would be awesome to do the same. I want to impact people’s lives in a positive way and show them love and joy so that they might do the same to others. Building relationships with people is what I love to do because it makes other people happy when they know that somebody actually cares about them and
I have always been a person who likes to go do things and try to be busy all the time. At college this will be a time for my personality to flourish and allow me to use these qualities to be involved. Being involved in something bigger than myself like clubs and student-led worship services is apart of the experience that I want to have in college. I want to learn things about God from a different point of view and I want to be in a group of like minded people. In college I want the experience of living in an actual community with other students. I can then take these skills learned in college about community and use them with anything that I do like inside my classroom, on missions, or at
