I Rock Pink Reflection

To enact change in my community I have recently taken part in the “I Rock Pink” organization. In which we host big events such as golf tournaments, galas, picnics and all sorts of events in order to raise awareness and financial support. Our main goal is to educate and alert our community about cancer and what it feels to have cancer. Along with teaching and raising awareness we also try to fundraise. For instance in 2013 we donated $20,000 to the Wellspring Chinguacousy Foundation in regards of cancer research. Likewise my family and I along with some neighbors go around our neighborhood and pick up any garbage or waste on the streets, to keep our community clean and good-looking. In the future I want to grow our neighborhood group and want
