But all theses sports require stretching, and running. So they go to school, it just all too much for their bodies.

All theses sports require stretching, and running. Kids love playing sports, and are forced to exercise during. Kids still do it because they love the sport. Some come to school and are ready for that break before the end of the day before they have to go to sports. But schools are making them take P.E class! Which is even more exercise. Yes exercise

Yes it can be fun but is it really needed? What are we gonna use gym for in the future? Gym class takes time away from math or science. Which are needed classes. If we didn't have Math or science how would we have doctors? Scientists? People to build our houses? P.E is waited time from theses classes that we actually need later in life.
Okay, yes P.E can be all fun and games, and you wanna play with your friends and some kids in enjoy it, but sometimes they play too aggressive when playing with their friends. Most of the time sports is with kids from other school so they wouldn't play so aggressive. Schools don't provide that right protection. They Dont have the right gear to play the sports they make us play. Like football padding, hockey helmets, and more. Why risk getting injured when other classes are safe?

Accidents happen all the time in P.E. So end the end no one wants kids injured, or overworked or over exercised. Kids need to spend the time in school learning and not treating, or seeing who can run the faster. Kids don't need to be worrying if people are making fun of them if they are overweight. Also we don't want to star anxiety early. If we took out gym it would be better for

“Children Need to Play, Not Compete” by Jessica Statsky is an explanation as to why children sports need to be less competitive. The stress of winning seems to be getting worse and worse as time goes on. Children are losing the love for sports because the fun is slowly but surely being taken away. Statsky states that, “even when children are not injured, fear of being hurt detracts from their enjoyment of the sport.” There are also psychological issues, which shouldn’t be a problem children have to deal with. Sports should be somewhat of an outlet, an escape for children to enjoy themselves apart from their everyday life, not an added stress. As Statsky ads, “Winning and losing may be an inevitable part of adult life, but they should not be a part of childhood.” Childhood is a time for making memories, participating in things that make children happy, and enjoying their time. Instead of stressing about winning, practicing, losing, making the team, and getting hurt, children should purely be having fun playing the sports that they love.…

or many years, athletics have improved junior’s well-beings and their schooling, but some academies have been thinking of getting rid of these programs all together. The two articles mentioned that school should keep or get rid of sports. One is written by Amanda Ripley while the other Tim O’Shei. Not having gym class provided or not enough of it can affect kids in the future. It can increase their chances of getting sick or weak.
