Up early, the surface of the water was like glass, I unloaded the fly rod and headed back to the water with the dogs. Knowing that the prolific Utah Chub was a major food source in the reservoir, I tied a bunch of white and gold streamers in the weeks leading up to departure. I tied one on and made a couple casts, still targeting stumps and their roots. Just as the fly neared shore, a cutthroat shot out from under the stump and grabbed my fly. Unfortunately, it was a short lived flight as the fish shook its head and gained its freedom.…

When we reached the Blue Mountains, we were all faced with a big problem, the whole trail was covered in fallen trees and big bushes. And that wasn't the only problem, they were also pretty steep. For four days we spent cutting the bushes down, and moving all the fallen trees. On the fifth day we were finally able to travel up the hills, everyone made it up. The only thing that we had to watch was just to go slow and not to stop, and also to stay on the train because if you got off, you could fall down the wagon. We went one at a time and after a while everyone got up the steep hills. When we got to Whitman Mission, we felt pretty good, but really tired of traveling by wagon, and walking. The worst part is that the vast majority of the people of the United States of America have bought it hook, line and sinker. The majority will continue to believe that history until the day they die because that is…
