GRADUATED SPEECH
Hello everyone. My name is Nate Ho and on behalf of myself and the rest of the Can Tho University graduating class of 2013, I would like to say welcome and thank you all for coming. A special thanks to all of the parents, teachers, professors, as well as anyone and everyone who made this day possible. Without you, none of us would be here.
It’s hard to believe that the days of finals, essays and calling home for more laundry money are behind us. Those of us who made it this far did so by a lot of hard work and determination and, in some cases, begging and bargaining with our professors. Whatever our means, we did it.
Now it is time to step boldly into the next phase of our lives. Some of us will go to grad school. Others will start a career. I pray that all will find happiness and success. …show more content…
If that same person would have told me that these past four years would go by in the blink of an eye, again, I would have thought that they were crazy, but it has. If that same person would have told me that I would walk away from this university not only with my degree, but with the lessons on life that I needed to live it well, I could only have hoped to be so lucky and yet here I am. All of this was something I only thought possible in my dreams. And as I stand here today, I can honestly say that these last four years have made my dreams come true and I believe that can be said for many of us here today. We have all had our own individual dreams and while some of us may not have had all of our dreams come true yet, graduating from Can Tho University has made them one step closer to becoming reality. For that one simple little step, we should all be proud in the fact that we have conquered it here and with each
