Human Stupidity

Topics: Force, Universe
Today I shall be sharing my perspective on the given topic that is, Only two things in this universe are infinite, the universe and human stupidity and im not sure about the former.
Ladies, and gentlemen, the very topic itself says it all. Earth, as far as we know is the only place where life exists, anywhere in the universe a special place- rare, unique, fragile, irreplaceable, our home sweet home! However, all the people on earth are in grave danger…not from terrorists or natural forces like climate changes or disease, but from the very dark forces of ‘ the stupid’. Human stupidity is something no one, and I mean absolutely no one can escape from. Its almost like a worldwide plague now-a-days. It almost seems that common sense has become uncommon and I mean that in the literal sense! For instance,
My doctor's office gives each patient a card with the date of the next appointment. One lady came in with her card on August 23rd, and here's what happened:
• Lady: "My card says to be here on the 28th at 10am, and I'm here!"
• Receptionist: "But, ma'am, today is the 23rd."
• Lady: "No it isn't, my card says the 28th!"
• Receptionist: "I know your card says the 28th, but that's next Monday."
• Lady: "No, my card says to be here on the 28th, and I'm here!"
This went on for several minutes…
Now dear audience, aren’t you just astounded by the sheer stupidity of this story? Thus Mr. Einstein wasn’t wrong when he wasn’t sure about the infinity of stupidity in mankind!
Moving on, there is perhaps no doubt about the fact that this earth is an infinite, epic masterpiece in itself nevertheless, the latter subject of the topic of my speech just gives my mind an earthquake every time I think about it. This is perhaps the only virus which exceeds every limitation and every boundary which has been so precariously established. Human speech is directly responsible for almost every thought and emotion we have throughout life's journey. The complexity of language and the

should be banned because it deliberately destroys a human life. I believe that every form of the act, without any exceptions, should be outlawed simply because abortion is merely "murdering out of convenience". From the moment that a child is conceived, no matter how small or underdeveloped he or she may seem, that child is a human being that is a separate part of its mother and a human entity all its own. And the taking of a human life by another human being is easily defined as homicide, which under…

The Advantages of Stupidity Most people say being stupid will lead no where. They claim that it is the worst possible condition in which to spend one's life, and if possible, it should be completely avoided. They would even suggest if the symptoms of stupidity are caught in the early stages, it could easily be treated by a surgeon. The most effective method used to do this is the chainsaw technique, later described in volume two. Yet, perhaps if people took a closer look at some of the…

From the point of a frustrated and confused member of the social order, it appears to me that we are living in a society where stupidity easily fits into a simple, three tier, hierarchical model. Where Darwin argued that species adapt, I would argue that--at least where "civilized" culture is concerned--humanity's intellectual evolution is rapidly decreasing, therefore allowing us as a whole to adapt to a culture where the art of thinking is becoming obsolete. This author submits to you that, due…

Stupidity vs. Ignorance “Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity,” explained Martin Luther King, Jr. Even forty-five year after his death, Dr. King still continues to preach a very bold message to the world. Although stupidity and ignorance may seem very similar, they are very different. Ignorance is the unwillingness to evolve whereas stupidity is the inability to evolve. Today technology is a key aspect in everyday living. It is a necessity…

It is important to take note of human boundaries, those set by our evolved, genetic code. In War of the Worlds, H.G. Wells shows the reader how a person’s intelligence, ingenuity, and work ethic are secondary to human evolution. Human evolution determines a person’s intelligence, ingenuity, and work ethic more than other factors. Albert Einstein said that,” The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits.” Einstein is correct in thinking this because one’s genetic code…

What is the reason for their degeneration into stupidity? Perhaps stupidity is not a lack of intelligence, as many believe. Maybe, it is the refusal to utilize one’s intelligence to the highest possible degree. Unwillingness to learn is unmistakably present in the life of a stupid person. Last week, I was…
