All collaborating agencies provide support in the areas of health and human services. Most of them offer several programs, but United Way supplies funds to the areas of education, income, and health. This paper will include the organization’s mission and vision, how the organization governs itself, the various roles in the organization, who the key stake holders are in the organization, what community collaborations and marketing tools are used, and what environmental trends the organization is facing.
