Abstract:

The objective of this paper is to review Valmont Sweaters Ltd. Performance appraisal methods and identify In which area of Human Resource performance Management has been used and how it is used for Valmont Sweaters Limited as a manufacturing industry. Valmont’s Performance appraisal process has been described here and how they measures standards these are also described with detailed. Along with this, factors that can distort in short , ‘threats’ for appraisers are also described with detailed also there is a suggestion given by us how Valmont Sweaters can manage performance system effectively .

Introduction :

As a devloping country like Bangladesh RMG play a vital role for our total economy. Its contribution in GDP is 76%. Bangladesh has become one of the important exporters of quality readymade garments in the foreign market.ALL garments industries are providing Bangladesh a good bunch of foreign currency and also helping to make a helathy economic condition. Among All of these garments , there is such a garments which is not so big but very efficient called ‘Valmont Sweaters ltd.’. ITs mainly a sweater factory . Their product is sweater .WE choose this company , becuase it shows us a good example of how to do managing. It has excellent evaluator who measure other employees performance to maintain a sustainable quality of their product. As we know that , HRM is not heavily practiced in bangaldesh like other devloped countries , But, Its is very true that human resource plays an important role in performance management .Its really accelrate companies production and make employees too much active to perform well . But for all these we need a good evaluator also to look out that everything is going well.

Withmain objectives of this Reports are to analysis the Human resource performance management of RMG Bangladesh of RMG Sector and to know the management system of Bangladesh Garments Industries Valmont Sweaters ltd.. and finally find out some problems of management system of Valmont Sweaters ltd.. Bangladesh Garments Industries and recommend its solutions. And one of the objectives of this paper is to review common performance appraisal methods and identify the best approach for manufacturing industries.
