Human Error In The National Basketball Association (NBA)

In the National Basketball Association (NBA), it is very common to see a professional in the game of basketball to constantly make mistakes and break the rules of the game they not only love but get paid millions to play. There are fights, obscene gestures towards referees, and even instances where some of the most basic fundamentals of the game of basketball are forgotten. When it comes to basketball most people can tell you the following: you have to dribble the ball to advance it legally up the court and you shoot the ball into the hoop in order to score points. If an average Joe off the street such as myself can explain those two basic rules of basketball, why is it professionals who have been playing most of their lives fail to follow these rules from time to time? Ask the person next to you and they would almost certainly equate it human
Second chances are for the weak who do not care enough to get it right the first time. Is it really human error in the game of basketball or is it arrogance and ignorance? By cutting off the leg a player travels with, we will all begin to realize perfection is key and that’s all that matters. I will admit the referees already have tough job and adding that they could lose a leg if they miss a call would elevate the intensity of their job, but failure is not an option and can no longer be ignored. I do not play organized basketball at a high level and never will, that means I will never make a mistake in a basketball game. Thus I and all the others in my same situation have already achieved a level of perfection. Fans have no lesson to learn about failure, I only hope that the athletes and referees will be able to learn that there are no second chances. There is only one chance and if you miss it, it sometimes never comes
