In the traditional era capital refers as the investment made to create other output. While human is just a labor, use to produce the output without any specialization needs into it. But in the modern era, human capital defines as the investment made to make the people more productive in producing output. In order to achieve such objective, the investment will be narrowly focus into education, skills, experience and talents.
Being as one the Human Capital Management in Celcom Telecommunication Berhad that require high level of productivity, managing the human capital in this organization is important in order to maintain the quality and achieve the high standard of telecommunication service provider nationwide. Ensuring every investment that is provided by Celcom by providing the sufficient and effective training, development, staffing solution and talent management is my major scope of field.
Having an effective human capital management is a dream for every organization. The importance of having one is crucial to compete in the modern era. Some organization willing to invest in order to hire the professionals that have a set of experienced, skills, talents and education background due to the high demand of high quality output in present market.
