September 20, 2010 ENTRY 1: ME, A WRITER?
Attitude: I am looking forward to the challenges associated with my skills as a writer. My feelings towards this course is having a positive attitude as always and improving my creative writing skills. My main focus is learning what I can and using information gathered in my everyday life.
Inventory: I learnt that I am a combination of both a social and creative writer. I want to improve more on my verbal skills as it is not my strongest asset. I can generate ideas but can’t express them clearly sometimes. Brainstorming has helped me improve on creativity and how to apply them.

It shows in details articles regarding salaries, employment growth, and prospective job opportunities than the other web site. The site is copyrighted providing a level of credibility. Career builder appear to have questionable reliability in the job search area and it has no list of formal copyright information. The Riley Guide has in depth information that is specific to management/human resources field. I did not find in depth information on the other web site. I found out how easy it was to get web pages related to cover letters which is very useful in job hunting. The other site has little information about articles regarding cover letters. I prefer to use the Riley Guide because of the depth of information provided. The Riley Guide makes it easy to quickly ascertain information that is needed. It has an organized presentation. This makes it a suitable web site for me to use. It is easy to navigate than the other web site. I would be more comfortable with the information provided from this web site. The Riley Guide helps you prepare in the job search process. It has a larger data base of information than the other web site. I would be more confident applying the information gathered here in my job search. I did not like the search parameters on Career
