What are the most important things you are taking from this course that will shape your future and enable you to make a positive difference?
The most important things I am taking from this course that will shape my future and enable me to make a positive difference, are being an attentive listener and promoting open communication. As an executive manager, I will listen to the needs and suggestions of my employees. I will incorporate the balance scorecard to help assist in the decision making process. I will use the variance analysis to keep profits within the organization.
The content and assignments in this course that have improved my understanding of using accounting information to make decision for my organization are the:
