Having the correct individual to complete an important project is very significant. Since, a manager would want an individual who has the skills, high ethical practices and who is dedicated to complete the tasks of the job. In addition, J.B., Sandy, and Pat has different skills, personalities, and ethical practices. However, each individual is willing to complete the tasks of their job. Moreover, this paper will discuss the justification of why Sandy would be the best to complete the project. Sandy would be the best individual to complete the project because she is capable of performing her job, she has sound principles that guide her actions, and she would go out of her way to help me. Sandy is capable of performing her job because she continued to attend seminars and read technical journals to maintain her skills, which demonstrates she is dedicated to maintain the standard skills of her job. Furthermore, Sandy has stable principles that guide her actions by illustrating her loyalty to me and the company. For instance, Sandy blocked information from getting to my boss that would have damaged my reputation. Sandy's loyalty demonstrates that she has a high job …show more content…

J.B is not capable of performing her job because there has been some mistakes and oversights in her work; which illustrates she is uncertain of what is expected of her position. In addition, J.B. is not well qualified by her behavior, since she does not grasp how the company operates and what her role is supposed to be. Therefore, it demonstrates she is not self-motivated and has a low job satisfaction. J.B. gives her honest assessment on previous projects and provides resources for her peers to succeed, however, she lacks the skills needed for the project. As a result, I would not be comfortable to transfer the project to J.B., since she needs to improve her
