1.0 INTRODUCTION Human Resource Management is one of the most important department in each company which is need to handle and manage the employees. HRM is related and connected with all department in the hotel or other company. Why i am doing this assignment because to understand the concept of human resourse in the industry and try to apply it in my assignment and make it easy for me to use this knowledge when i join into the industry later. So now i choose a journal from a website which the title is HR Concept In Hotel Industry Towards Employee Training and Development.

2.0 SUMMARIZATION

In the journal ‘HR CONCEPTS IN HOTEL INDUSTRY TOWARDS EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMET’ by S.M. Denis amirtharaj , S. Kalist raja cross , and Dr. Vanathi vembar, i have learned that HRM is important department that need to handle the staff or employees in each department. Hotel industry is one of the fastest growing sectors of economy in our country which need to be handle by a lot of employee. In order to get a good employees and maintain the quality of service HRM need to design a training and developmet towards employee. HRM is vitally important in hospitality industry to form the relationship between the employee and employer. The HRM have a link with the employee to help them to achieve objectives of their job. Its also act to keep the current experienced employees in the hotel, the use the way like giving a achievements and directions to the employees in order to make this people feel not separate from the. HRM play a major role in helping the hotel to plan the system and developing job description, job specification and performance standards.
