How Writing Changed My Life Analysis
When you first open a book, you never know what adventure will take you. Whether it is horror, action, or romance, a book can take you into places you would never imagine. Writing will open up your mind, can send you on a path to develop your dreams into a piece of paper or Microsoft word. Everything you dreamed or imagined, passionate about or love can all turn into words a couple of pieces of paper. I love reading and writing. That is my passion. For a person who lives in their dreams, writing helps me write out all my thoughts.

I was a late bloomer. Most kids my age learned how to read when they were 4 or 5. I, however, learned how to read at 8. The doctor explained that I would develop later than others because I was born severely premature. They also told my mom I wouldn't be able to walk until I was 3. but my family pushed so hard for me that I was able to walk on my 1st birthday. I was able to achieve everything other children my age could achieve at the average rate except reading. I couldn't read full sentences, and I would see a word but I couldn't pronounce it. A person can get away without reading until about 2nd grade

I thought it was for punishment, but my mom was helping me develop my reading and vocabulary skills. Writing changed my life. I was never really the child that kept a diary, but writing helped me release my bottled up anger and frustration. I always had a large imagination. Letting out everything i thought of on paper makes me feel whole. I can express the way i feel without having to directly say it. Soon, my diaries turned into short stories about a girl like me living the life i wished i lived. During the years i have written a draft for two books that I hope will be published. One of my inspirations was Frankenstein, reading the series open my eyes to many other books and writing ideas. The next literature piece I am planning to read is “Dante’s

Many people would say that growing up with parents who could not speak english would be to my disadvantage, but I disagree. Growing up I always believed it to be exhausting having to translate and never really feeling normal. I believed it to be dragging and many times protested against it, but besides it being tiring, I also felt embarrassed. Yeah embarrassed of having to deal with my parents and not being able to communicate with them like other kids did with their parents. As I grew older the issue only grew because at that point I began to resent them for putting me through what I believed to be embarrassing moments of confusion, but all of this changed when I finally realized that my parents did the best they could with what they had.…

The amount I have changed as a writer is unbelievable. The biggest change is that I no longer loathe writing a paper. I feel as though it comes more naturally than before, and I can now make complete sentences easier than ever before. Another thing that has changed is how quickly I can write a paragraph before I would struggle getting a cohesive thought on a page, but now writing a paragraph that relates all together in some way is easier. All of this brings me onto my next point.…

Everyone writes for different reasons. Writing allows us to tell a story through our own perspective. It allows us to pour all our thoughts and emotions into something that we otherwise might not speak about. Writing can spark ideas and memories we have and draw them out to be put into words on paper. It exercises our mind and our way of thinking. When you write you say what you mean. Some people use writing as an outlet, a way to express themselves or relieve stress and anxiety. It can be used for any purpose. Elie Wiesel uses his experience in the holocaust in a lot of his writing. He feels that he must be the one to tell the story of the victims, the ones who can’t tell it for themselves. As a survivor he is responsible for never letting anyone forget about it. I like to write about something I feel strongly about, something that makes me happy or makes me think, someone or something that has influenced me in different ways. For instance, when I visited Ireland a few years ago, the experience I had there is something I care so much about and it has affected me to such an extent that I want to write about it. The people in my life and the experiences I have had are topics that make me excited to write about.…

I love reading, as it allows me to escape from any troubles or stress I have in “real life.” If I am upset or stressed, all I need to do is find a book or start writing. I sometimes like to write stories, however, around the middle of the story I become bored with writing and usually shorten it about 5 chapters. I do not really read many adventure books. I like realistic fiction that I can relate to and funny stories. I also enjoy reading manga. The thing I love most about writing poetry is that there are no limits. You are not chained to the laws of grammar and standard conventions. I aspire to become a better writer and reader, although I do not want to choose that as my profession. I do plan to still write and read as a hobby,…

I love writing because you can write anything your heart desires. I love how it is a way to communicate with other people. When I was in first grade my teacher whose name has escaped my memory, taught my class how to write in cursive a year early. I loved the way the letters curved and swirled on paper. A desire to write and write anything was sparked by the fact that I thought cursive was pretty. But in first grade I was mostly writing vocab words and not essays so I had not yet discovered its power to communicate. Today, I love writing because I can share my opinion with the world. I see that writing gives me the power to make a difference and all people have to do is read…

When I was younger, I typically received the things I wanted, things such as toys – being that I was an only child – and never worried about hearing the answer, “No”. I had this insane idea that the world revolved around me. Although I still had the concept in my head, that it was all about me when I was informed I would be an older sister, I knew that nothing would be the same. Before I was a sister, I never took anyone else into consideration, and I was never told to do otherwise. I was around four years old, when this news has changed my life forever.…

I began writing at the very young age of eleven. The first thing I remember writing was a heartfelt song called finished. Even though I was too young to fully understand relationships, I wrote that song as if I had experienced it myself. After I wrote my first song I began to write poetry to express my feelings. Once my mom found out about my writings, I started writing poems for different programs at our church. Throughout the years, I began to enter a variety of poetry contests. In my junior year of high school I wrote a poem about bullying and won first place. Writing is a getaway for me, it always has been and it always will be.…

I just finished my volleyball game, and my team won, I walked outside the gym to see my best friend standing there telling me I did awesome, we hugged said goodbye to each other and I left for home. I then went outside to watch my neighbors kids for four hours, then went inside and played Wii with my dad. That’s when it all changed. I looked at my IPhone 3GS and read the most devastating text I had ever received from my best friend, “Taylor, you need to change who you are, no one likes you…” This text lengthened and explained how come no one liked me. This one text had changed my life forever.…

Over the years, my interest and awareness regarding reading and writing have varied from time to time. I remember my mother reading bedtime stories to me as a child and actually painting my personal pictures to what she was saying. Once I was old enough to read the stories myself, I would go back and compare my mental pictures with those that were in the book. During my elementary days, I found the novice level of reading and writing to still be interesting. Everything from transferring imaginary stories I had thought of onto a sheet of paper to tell the entire class about my church league team winning the basketball championship the previous Saturday, I thoroughly enjoyed writing and felt I had a personal connection to it.…
